In anticipation for next year's 2024 Major League Rugby season, Rugby New York is announcing a new partnership with Flicket, a New Zealand-owned and operated SaaS ticketing company.

Flicket has been providing Rugby New York with enhanced digital ticketing solutions since 2022, and the new partnership deal designates Flicket as the Official Ticketing Partner of the Ironworkers.

“Flicket has played a key role in supporting our audience and revenue growth,” said Ric Salizzo, CEO at Rugby New York. “They also understand the importance of our most valuable currency – the fan – and providing the right level of consumer experience at our events.”

Ironworkers fans will continue to be able to buy and access tickets all in one place – at rugbynewyork.com/tickets

“This was the natural evolution of a great relationship with Rugby New York as we continue to deliver a seamless and best-in-class fan ticketing experience in 2024,” said Flicket co-founder Ben Calvert.

Season Memberships for the 2024 season will be on sale from 10 am on August 14th at rugbynewyork.com/tickets

About Flicket

Flicket was founded in response to a gap in the market where traditional ticketing firms have historically retained control of the consumer experience and associated data and have commercialized these key assets for their own benefit. Some of these ticketing firms have enjoyed a monopoly in the industry resulting in a loss of customer focus.

Flickets' mission is to enable promoters and rights holders to have full control over their products or content, while expanding sales to reach a wider audience. We aim to empower our clients with the tools they need to manage their offerings, including pricing, distribution, and sales analytics. Through our services, we strive to increase sales volume and help our clients succeed in their endeavours. Learn more about Flicket here.
